Hey everyone! For this post, I decided to talk about my top 5 morning sickness cures. I originally started this blog to share some of my cures that I come across through my research. With being in my 3rd pregnancy, I have really had a chance to try out many different strategies with getting rid of my morning sickness. Some of the ideas I’ve come across I’ve had great success with while others haven’t been as great. So here is my list of my top 5 morning sickness cures. =)
5. Stay Away From Certain Smells
My first tip is that I highly recommend you stay away from certain smells. With morning sickness, you often have an extreme sense of smell. This means that any smell that is bad can smell 10X worse to you and lead to nausea and vomiting. Avoid these smells!
4. Go For A Walk
Another tip I’ve had good success with is going for walks. Going for a walk is a great way to get some exercise, keep the pounds off, and get some fresh air. Getting fresh air can really help in stopping your morning sickness.
3. Prenatal Vitamins
It seems like people have had mixed results with Prenatal Vitamins. However, I’ve found them to be of great help. If you haven’t taken Prenatal Vitamins, consider doing so!
2. Watch Your Diet
Making changes to your diet can be a great way of stopping morning sickness. Aim for foods that are high in carbs, and low in fat. Avoid spicy foods at all costs!
1. End Morning Sickness E-Book
Finally, my top cure for morning sickness is the End Morning Sickness E-Book. I originally came across it on a pregnancy forum a few weeks back. I went the End Morning Sickness website, and I was impressed by what I saw, so I went ahead and decided to try this book. I’m very glad that I did, as I have had great success with this book and the technique that it uses. If you aren’t having much success with some of my other morning sickness cures that I listed, consider getting this book.
Good luck!
Hi everyone! For this post, I decided to talk about Morning Sickness and the top 3 symptoms of morning sickness.
Morning sickness is very common. Nearly half of all women experience morning sickness during their pregnancy. It often can happen within the first few weeks of a pregnancy. There are a couple reasons why a woman might look for morning sickness. If a pregnancy is expected, a woman might looking for morning sickness so they know that they should go to a doctor or look for morning sickness cures. A woman not expecting a pregnancy though might look for morning sickness as a sign of a possible pregnancy. If you are a woman looking for morning sickness as a sign of pregnancy, I highly recommend you go to a doctor! Nonetheless, here are the top 3 symptoms of morning sickness.
1. Vomiting and Nausea
This is by far the most obvious symptom of morning sickness. Vomiting is not very common unless there is a reason behind it. If you find yourself vomiting and feeling nauseas, then this is definitely a tell tale sign of morning sickness!
2. Your Moods!
How are your moods? Do you find yourself having frequent mood swings? Are you feeling extra emotional? If you are feeling like this and it isn’t your time of the month, this can definitely be morning sickness!
3. Extreme Sense Of Smell
Hows your sense of smell? That might sound like a strange question. But an extreme sense of smell can be a sign of morning sickness. The sense of smell can often go hand in hand with your nausea and vomiting. For instance, if you are extra sensitive to smells, any bad smell is going to make you feel like you need to puke.
I hope all of my readers found this list informative. Morning sickness can be difficult to go through, believe me, I know! lol. But once you realize that you have morning sickness, you can begin to start looking for remedies and other morning sickness cures like I have done through this blog. Good luck!
Hello everyone! I decided for this post to talk a bit about morning sickness and why it happens. While a lot of you may be looking for morning sickness cures, let’s first take a look at why morning sickness happens. Over the last few weeks as my morning sickness intensified, I have done a lot of research onto the internet. It is one reason why I created this blog, to share some of what I’ve found. So with this post, I’m going to talk a bit more about what I’ve found out about morning sickness and why it happens.
When I first set out to find out why morning sickness happens, I came across a few different theories, so let’s take a look at each.
The first theory is that it has to do with Human chorionic gonadotropin. This is a hormone and research has shown that it tends to rise during the first weeks of the pregnancy. This is also when the morning sickness can really take into effect. Research has also shown that women with extra high levels of hCG have higher amounts of nausea and vomiting. Because both the hormone and symptoms are happening at the same time, the theory of course is that they are connected somehow.
Another theory has to do with Estrogen. This is actually very similar to the above theory. Estrogen is another hormone that rises during the early part of your pregnancy. Like the thinking above, if the level of Estrogen and nausea is consistent with each other, then it may be related.
One other interesting theory is that morning sickness has to do with your sense of smell. The thinking is that when you are pregnany, your sense of smell is really increased. Something that might normally smell okay might end up smelling really strong and smell really bad. This of course would then trigger the woman to feel nausea and possibly throw up. So what would cause this increased sense of smell? The theory is it goes right back to the hormones which I just talked about.
When I set out to research why morning sickness happens, I figured there was a definite answer. I was surprised though to find out that there is no clear consensus on the exact reason for morning sickness. However, it seems like science has narrowed the cause down to hormones. For now, I guess we have to settle with that answer.
